Manuel Vioque-Judde


Born in France in 1991, Manuel is the winner of the two most prestigious viola contests, winning in 2014 the 2nd prize at the Primrose Contest in Los Angeles, then in 2016 the 2nd prize at the Tertis Contest in the Isle of Man. He has been invited by numerous orchestras in France, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, the United States, Venezuela. In 2015 his first CD Viola Reflections appeared in the Young Soloist collection of the Meyer Foundation is hailed by critics as a "fantastic recording of English music". His musical education begins with the intensive practice of singing at the Radio France Masters. He continued his viola studies at the CNSM in the class of Jean Sulem.

Every summer he joins the Seiji Ozawa International Academy. In 2017 he was named laureate of the Banque Populaire Foundation and Classic Revelation of ADAMI.
