Leave the seafront to find the boulevard Eugène Cornuché. Admiring stop in front of the Royal Barrière hotel inaugurated in 1913 which you will bypass by rue Jacques Le Marois. The walk heads up in the air to admire the variety of architectural styles of the imposing villas. At the end of the street, turn right onto rue Fracasse before taking a left towards avenue de la République. Make a stop at the square in front of the Saint-Augustin church in the very eclectic style in vogue in 1864. On the left, take avenue Hocquart de Turtot and continue on the left avenue Strassburger. The city's most famous villa, erected in 1907 on the site of the Coteau farm, owned by Gustave Flaubert, is a hymn to Augeronne architecture.
