THE VILLA LE CERCLE, THE FESTIVAL'S HEADQUARTERS

An important novelty of the 2016 edition, the festival leaves the C.I.D for the Villa Le Cercle. Until now under the glass roof of the C.I.D, publishers, booksellers, meetings and youth area will be installed there. You will also find the Planet'R Bookstore and the Librairie du Marché.

In a frame of 2m40 by 2m50 are suspended 12 paintings. They rotate on their axis allowing to compose a living and animated collective picture. An astonishing exhibition realized by the young people of the UEAJ (Unité Educative d'Activité de Jour de la Protection Judiciaire de la Jeunesse), of the Association L'Encrage, and the Hang'art for the event Bulles en fureur, which has for ambition to bring the young people the most in difficulty towards the universe of the comic strip.
