The Flavors Village welcomes exhibitors of fine gourmet products. From canning to sweet treats and foie gras, let yourself be tempted by these talented producers! You can also sample scallops all day long, and watch culinary demonstrations by the communicative chefs of Flyin'Chef and the Académie Nationale de Cuisine.
They include local chef Clarie Feral, who will be offering two original recipes, Frédéric Jaunault (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and Jean-Christophe Michelet (2019 World Jam Champion).
