Les Accords Parfaits, a boutique full of good things, joins inDeauville

With Perfect Pairings, all products have a story to share. Exotic, surprising, new, we find ourselves trying to find out what is behind each label ... Here, the salt comes from Madagascar, the pasta is made from durum wheat from the Puglia plateau, green tea sprinkled with ginger, petals of peonies and pomegranate… 130 square meters dedicated to delicatessen and wines, it is the kingdom of artisans who cultivate ancestral skills so as not to lose a crumb of flavors.

InDeauville Perfect Agreements
This kingdom is also that of its creators, Jean-François and Florent Langlois, father and son who have a taste for good and beautiful things and particularly the agreements between food and wine.

We discover the whole philosophy of Duchaussoy, coffee selector and roaster… of Château d'Estoublon, producer of olive oils, as well as Mariage Frères teas, each variety of which is an invitation to travel. The "full moon red" was offered to Elisabeth II during her official visit to France in June 2014. It is red Rooibos, a plant from South Africa devoid of theine, the scents of which exhale almonds and exotic fruits . What to say about Calvados Camut, Drouin, Dupont or Huard, if not to invite you to discover all these ancestral flavors.

A story of good things

This kingdom is also that of its creators, Jean-François and Florent Langlois, father and son who have a taste for good and beautiful things and particularly the agreements between food and wine. For them, each tasting should be a joy ... Originally, they were family insurers. Upon his retirement in 2007, Jean-François Langlois transformed a family building which he inherited in the port of Port-en-Bessin. They make it a delicatessen, "Le Marché de Lalie" (nickname of his daughter). Then, in 2010, they moved to Caen and two years later in Deauville with the name "Les Accords Parfaits". For them, the latest addition to the stores is the most successful in its offer. The one who benefits from all the experiences conducted so far.
Their customers are different. In Port-en-Bessin, they welcome visitors to the D-Day landing beaches. In Caen, city dwellers. In Deauville, many passing visitors, Parisians and foreigners.

Jean-François and Florent admit having had a lot of trouble identifying the best products when they started out in 2007. Then, over time, meetings were made, fairs and word of mouth. A sommelier has just joined them. It also brings its share of renewal. In the cellar, a scholarly balance takes place between the great estates and the little-known nuggets that he invites to discover.
The Langlois father and son love real meetings with winegrowers. They like to believe in the product, tell its story, bring it to life. Jean-François speaks with stars in the eyes of "Calvados 30 ans non reduce du domaine Dupont" and a Calvados Drouin from a barrel from 1939 hidden from the Germans. An explosion in the mouth! And many more...
