Immerse yourself in salt water with the loin

An invigorating aquatic hike, the longe-coast consists of walking in the sea with a water level reaching up to the waist. Equipped with wetsuits, participants perform various movements to tone the whole body. With the pressure of the water, the abs, lower back and legs are more intensely used than walking. By breathing iodized air deeply, you benefit from the trace elements of salt water.

If you like walking in the water, you will also like it on the sand. InDeauville, we also practice Nordic walking and the Bungy Pump, dynamic walks on sand and grass with poles, which stimulate both the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system, while toning the muscle groups. These activities work the whole body, the legs in coordination with the arms requesting 90% of the muscles.

Observe the flora and fauna at the Marais de Blonville-Villers

Undisputed playground and observation for nature lovers, the Blonville-Villers Marsh arouses all curiosities, in part for its small inhabitants: birds, mammals, insects and even hygrophilic plants make this place a unique natural space. This is why sensory tours invite you to observe aquatic birds using binoculars and a telescope, listen to the songs of the sparrows and discover the flora. Children from 5 years old become little research apprentices by having fun with Coâa the frog. In parallel with nature walks organized all year round, the marsh is revealed in a more fun and original way, during a musical botanical outing with a specialized botanist.

Special event: the International Bat Night. Meet these fascinating mammals, from their customs to their biology and listen to their ultrasounds with the batbox.
