Square Tower or Villa Mors

At the corner of avenue de la Terrasse
and rue Mors

This vast neo-Gothic house by the sea was built in 1905 by the Mors brothers, Émile and Louis, pioneer engineers in automobile design. The villa is made up of a juxtaposition of volumes enlivened by salient elements: turret, bow window, loggia, raised terrace. The main south-eastern facade is confined to a square tower, hence its name, which houses the main staircase.
