Laurène, chef of the Dim Sum kiosk in Normandy, leads a special Christmas cooking class at the Villa d'Eaux.

Three hours of cooking classes to become an expert in food and wine pairing, discovering tips to enhance your dishes and their presentation, around amazing products.
 
On the menu:
- Butternut squash cappuccino with mushroom emulsion
- Carpaccio of scallops with clementines and pink berries
- Duck breast in a gingerbread crust, prunes stuffed with foie gras and roasted vegetables
- Chocolate cream and candied pear

Tuesdays, December 10 and 17

Chloé's green cooking offers to learn how to lighten up the Christmas menu, with recipes that are delicious, light and above all simple to make at home without any problem! With the realization of this complete menu, Chloé will reveal all her tricks to save time, use alternative flours, use less sugar in desserts and enhance her dishes with pretty dishes.

On the menu:
- Miso broth, soba, ginger, fresh herbs
- Snacked scallops, celery, pear, cardamom
- Cocoa and citrus pie, light matcha tea meringue

Friday 27 & Tuesday 31 December

A workshop to share a delicious moment with your children. Parents and children concoct together a complete menu (starter, main course, dessert) to be easily repeated at home!
Colorful recipes on the theme of Christmas, organic fruits and vegetables from the market and the garden, games around the 5 senses, joy, creativity. At Chloé cuisine en vert, we learn to cook to eat well before enjoying together around a nice table!
Sample menu: Winter rolls with raw vegetables, butternut stuffed with mimolette, carrot cake with hazelnut and clementine.
 
Classes on Friday, December 27 and Tuesday, December 31 from 11am to 2pm

The children prepare a colorful recipe that they each decorate according to their imagination. They taste food with their eyes closed, discover seasonal fruits and vegetables that they then draw.

Who has never wanted to know the tricks of the trade, the techniques and the secrets of the chefs? Jeff Cooking welcomes you in the kitchen to share his know-how to prepare a beautiful New Year's Eve meal. You'll get a lot of ideas and recipes to try out on the spot and then take home. You'll discover the right gestures, the associations of products, and everything that makes a cuisine full of flavor.

Special Christmas flower arranging class

Friday, December 13th

The end of the year celebrations are often the occasion to get together with family and/or friends, to share good meals. To perfect the decorations and sublimate the dishes, there is nothing like a beautiful table. For this purpose, Aurélie and Loïc, the florists of "Fleur d'Oranger" in Villers-sur-Mer will lead a floral art class on the theme of Christmas. Participants don't have to provide anything and will leave with their creation at the end of the evening.
The evening is organized at the hotel "La Piscine" and completed by an aperitif dinner.
 
Course on Friday, December 13th from 7pm to 10pm
