Passionate about cooking from an early age, the Sri Lankan-born chef learned to "popoter" with his grandmother. With delicacy and precision, he combines Asian and traditional flavors and adapts his menu to seasonal produce.
The plates are colorful and full of surprises, each bite an invitation to travel, like the scallops enchanted by carrot and turmeric, the soft beef chorizo croquettes, the sea bass with nori seaweed or the crunchy lemon sudachi.
