The Pavillon Augustine offers a breathtaking view of Trouville harbour, the fishing boats at sea and the light of the open sea, in a cocoon set back from the hustle and bustle of the quays...
It's also the kind of atmosphere that Arnaud and his team are aiming for... warm, with a warm welcome, festive with piano music every Saturday evening and entertainment (depending on the calendar). We also love the covered, heated terrace, the ideal spot for breakfast (served until 11:14!) by the water.
The seaside menu features seafood, shellfish and fish, as well as classic brasserie dishes such as beef tartare with Espelette pepper or cheeseburger with Savoy tomme.
