It is "the" brasserie of Villers-sur-mer, right next to the seaside promenade. The decoration pays tribute to the great French aviator Jean Mermoz, legendary figure of the Aéropostale, nicknamed the "Archangel".
The chef cooks with local products: the meat is from Normandy, the vegetables come from Pennedepie, and the coffee is from an artisanal roaster from the Pays d'Auge.
It is also the best spot to admire the sunset or to listen to the bands performing during the Sable Show festival!
