Overlooking the sea, on the first floor of the magical 17th-century manor house Les Jardins de Coppélia, Le Capucine unveils gastronomic cuisine with a commitment. Its young chef, Clément Biette, who trained with some of the greats, including Yannick Alléno, is committed to sustainable cuisine. Priority is given to local producers - less than 15 km away - but that's not all... At Le Capucine, environmental concerns are at the heart of every stage: permaculture vegetable garden, vegetarian dishes, natural and organic wines exclusively, recycling of products and limiting waste...
On the plate (made of recycled earthenware!), bold, upscale and trendy combinations perfectly in tune with their natural environment and season.
We love the relaxed atmosphere overlooking the busy kitchens, the colorful contemporary decor, the terrace overlooking the orchards, and the sofas for a drink by the monumental fireplace.
