Overlooking the sea, within the magical hotel Les Jardins de Coppélia, the Capucine unveils a natural, audacious and refined cuisine. Cider from the neighboring orchards, vegetables and cheese from the farm, fish just off the boat...
The Chef, Damien Frémont, first prize winner at the Escoffier competition in 2012, who studied in France and abroad, offers a gastronomic cuisine of the soil, in the local sense of the word: organic, ethical and "healthy". The products are magnified, the atmosphere is relaxed with a view of the busy kitchens, and the contemporary decor is colorful.
