Laurent takes his clients out to sea with each service. Inside, one is in the cabin of a boat. The fish tank fascinates. Fished on the western coasts of the English Channel, Augusto's lobsters are always at least a dozen to watch the room from the corner of the eye, up to 40 in summer!
As for the cuisine, Augusto's lobster is a constant and the rest of the menu changes four times a year according to the season's products.
