THE CITY OF DEAUVILLE'S BOOKS & MUSIC PRIZE
Five books are in competition for the City of Deauville Prize
For the past 13 years, the Deauville Book & Music Festival has explored French literary production through its literary prize and honored contemporary authors for whom music is one of the creative issues. After awarding Virginie Despentes in 2016, the prize awarded Frédérique Deghelt after a close debate by the jury chaired by Jérôme Garcin on March 18. The prize is endowed with 4 500€ and will be awarded on Saturday April 8 during the festival.
