Horse Racing - Deauville Barrière Meeting - Rothschild Prize

Launch of the Deauville Barrière Meeting with the Rothschild Prize, one of the highlights of this month of competition in Deauville! Award of excellence labeled Group 1 and reserved for mares aged 3 and over, it is contested over 1 meters of distance, the Mile, which favors speed. This straight line race is particularly spectacular for the public because the peloton, launched at more than 600 km/h, passes level with the strings, a few centimeters from the spectators.

In 2021, the 92nd edition of the Rothschild Prize was won by Aiden O'Brien and his filly Mother Earth who proved to be the strongest after 1600 meters of racing.
