The Promenade des Planches continues behind the Promenade Michel d'Ornano on the lais de mer, a vast beachfront park that has become a favorite playground for bathers, vacationers and sports enthusiasts alike. Here, you can soak up the sun on a bench, take a long stroll, try your hand at jogging or exercise on the self-service fitness equipment. Families can enjoy the play area for the little ones, or lovers the "garden of hearts" where you can hang a padlock and perhaps exchange oaths, promises, desires or secrets... You can also meet up with friends at the skatepark or on one of the two multi-sports fields, where outdoor soccer and basketball are played.
