Chloé Paquet

Born in 1994 in Pays de la Loire, Chloé Paquet now lives in Hauts-de-Seine, very close to the Roland-Garros. Daughter of a tennis teacher, she started to play tennis at a young age, when she was just 4. She has a lot of energy: with a height of 1.78, she has an excellent service and a great forehand stroke. Her key strengths are the variety of his playing and her strong strokes, perfect for grass tennis fields.

With the juniors, she reached the final of the France championship twice in a row, in 2011 and 2012. In 2014, she showed her talent for the first time on the professional circuit, winning a tournament in Minks, then a final at the Madrid tournament. These great performances led her to make a big jump from the 503rd place to the 251st place. In 2017, she reached her best ranking, n. 194 in the world. At the 2017 edition of the Roland Garros, she managed to defeat the n.44 in the world, Kristyna Pliskova, at the Grand Chelem. At the time, she was trained by Stéphane Charret, former trainer of Paul-Henri Mathieu. On the same year, she had great results in doubles at the Roland Garros with her teammate Myrtille Georges.

Chloé Paquet will train on the grass fields of the Lawn Tennis Club Deauville Normandie during the Open du Calvados, the female tournament of the Open Deauville Trouville 2018.
