NORMAN IN THE HEAD - 8e EDITION
This is the eighth time that the City of Deauville has organized the event. The desire to support women who want to move forward is a commitment that makes sense for Deauville, a welcoming, congress and resort town, where meeting and sharing are key values.

Normandes en Tête has been in constant evolution since its creation. At each edition, there are unique meetings that make you want to dare. For two years, the program has been co-constructed with the women of the various associations - thirteen in total - who relay the major concerns of Norman women. Together, they have made proximity a priority for the 2019 edition. Also, each woman will have the opportunity to interact with certified coaches and numerous experts. From time management to digital tools, from job search to business creation: the workshops have been multiplied in the margins of the meetings in order to give tools that correspond to the reality of each. For the first time also, an “employment & recruitment” area will open where human resources professionals will give concrete advice.

A FEDERATION DAY
After welcoming more than 600 participants in 2018, Normandes en tête hopes to mobilize even more this year. The event is open to all women regardless of their status: employee, job seeker, business manager ... One hundred volunteers will mobilize to lead 35 workshops and face-to-face sessions and welcome all women who will converge on Deauville.

INSPIRING MEETINGS
Lisa Azuelos will come to present in preview her film "My baby", comedy which recounts the period so disconcerting for a mother of the departure of her children. Sandrine Kiberlain, the film's main interpreter, will also be present. A meeting organized by the PREMIÈRES collective! To start the day, Blandine Métayer, actress, author, humorist, from Normandy will present several extracts from her show dedicated to women in business.
