The instructions to resume riding

The national horse racing group (GHN) which brings together professionals or owners of equestrian centers in conjunction with the French Equestrian Federation (FFE) have proposed a protocol for the reopening of equestrian centers:

  • Establish circulation zones within the structure
  • Close collective spaces (club house, changing rooms, etc.), customers will have to wait for their lessons outside the equestrian center in the parking lot. The monitors will pick them up from the parking lot. Ask the riders to come in uniform and with their equipment. Collective saddles and reindeer must be disinfected after each use
  • Avoid all contact between agents and riders by reserving exclusively for agents access to rest rooms, meals and changing rooms. Two teams of agents are made up (of monitors and grooms), these two teams must not meet to try to guarantee a minimum of agents capable of providing care to the horses
  • Establish a reservation schedule for owner access. Differentiate the schedules of the lesson schedules and do not repeat the lessons
  • Provide hydro-alcoholic gel and boxes of masks
