Deauville - July 29 > August 10

21e AUGUST MUSICAL DEAUVILLE
"Read and play more music again". Closely linked to the Easter Festival by its youngest musicians, the August Musical allows them to play the masterpieces of music necessary for their musical development and their entry into the career.

The August Musical was created in 2002 by the founders of the Easter Festival to meet and present the most promising musicians and chamber ensembles of their generation.
New concerts, for 11 days, magical evenings, punctuated by classical music, or more modern.
The different singers and musicians take up residence in different spaces in Deauville, at the Théâtre du Casino, at the Franciscaines, and in the Salle Elie de Brignac.

Antechamber to the Easter festival, the Août musical de Deauville is a summer residence where some leading figures of the new European generation of chamber music invite particularly gifted and brilliant youngsters. From baroque music on period instruments to outstanding works of the 31th century, passing through all the classical and romantic masterpieces, these captivating young musicians invite you on a journey of exemplary musical richness, from Antonio Vivaldi to Mauricio Kagel. Come and meet them during round tables led by the young musicologist Tristan Labouret on July 4, August 7 and 17 at XNUMX p.m. at the Franciscaines cloister, or listen to them live on b•concerts, the festival's web radio.

Happy festival to all and see you soon,
