ARIANE ASCARIDE READS THE SECRET NOTE FROM MARTA MORAZZONI
Reading followed by a meeting with the author
Marta Morazzoni is one of the most sensitive and sensual literary voices in contemporary Italy. Her novel, The Secret Note recounts the life of Paola Pietra, a very young aristocrat locked against her will in a Milanese convent. There, an extraordinary gift will be revealed: his contralto voice quickly attracts the crowds who flock to listen. Until a meeting turns everything upside down. The question then arises: can music, and art in general, change our lives?
