L'enfant né à crédit, a historical novel about the effects of the one-child policy in China, is Gisèle Meunier's 9th novel. Through her collections of short stories, poetry and books for young people, she has written some twenty books that often take readers into distant universes of space and time. A member of the SADN, she likes to retire to Villers to work on her novels. She leads writing workshops in Paris.
