MARCHE NORDIC

Nordic walking is an outdoor sport which developed in the Scandinavian countries at the beginning of the 1970s and which consists of an accelerated, more dynamic walk, with sticks specially designed for this sport. The principle is simple: it is to accentuate the natural movement of the arms during walking and to propel the body forward using two sticks that allow you to go faster and walk longer. The whole body takes action (90% of the muscles are used), the energy expenditure is increased (up to 40% more compared to traditional walking), the bones are strengthened and oxygenation is ampliqfié (about 60% more compared to traditional walking).
