Eric Delamare, a young skipper from Normandy supported by the City of Deauville, the Deauville Yacht Club and the Normandy Region, started the 49th edition of the Solitaire URGO Le Figaro yesterday.
Following a torn sail, he was unfortunately forced to abandon the first leg, but his determination to finish the race remains unchanged. After repairs, he will be present for the next leg.

American Film Festival: celebrating the talent that compresses the sky, the days and the time
Watching films, talking about them, criticizing them, praising them, laughing or crying about them... The American Film Festival remains true to its convictions: to be a place of freedom where we celebrate talent, the best of American cinema, and works for what they are, not for how they are distributed. For ten days, the strength and cultural demands will guide a program that is more forward-looking than ever, with no less than 15 first films presented, including nine in competition, and the presence of two "New Hollywood" actresses, Elle Fanning and Shailene Woodley.
For the first time, the Festival will award a prize for the 2018 edition.

Artists in Normandy :

Discover the exhibition the way you like it: in a speed visit, with art history students, thanks to geocaches or an escape game, by taking the sea, by playing the investigator or during workshops that allow you to put yourself in the shoes of a writer, a photographer... or in classic visits!
