The Jury

Journalist, literary critic and writer, Jérôme Garcin directs the cultural service of L'Obs and produces and hosts the program Le Masque et la Plume on France Inter. He is the author of novels including Pour Jean Prévost (Gallimard, 1994 - Prix Médicis essai), La Chute de cheval (Gallimard, 1998 - Prix Roger Nimier), and most recently, Le Dernier Hiver du Cid (Gallimard, 2019), written entirely in his home in Normandy, which received the Prix des Deux Magots.
He is the founder of the Prix Livres & Musiques de Deauville and has been its president since its creation in 2004.
