Femmes & Challenges is a unique regional initiative in France: it is the Normandy business network, federating all initiatives around female entrepreneurship. Created by Léa Lassarat at the end of 2017, it brings together women (and men) entrepreneurs, managers, women in responsibility and project carriers.
The objectives of the network?
To remove all obstacles to women's entrepreneurship and to consolidate the sustainability of companies through the implementation of concrete actions in the field:
- Femmes & Challenges Promotion: actions to raise awareness of entrepreneurship among young people.
- Femmes & Challenges Academy: training program for women entrepreneurs.
- Femmes & Challenges Mentoring: coaching, technical and moral support for female managers and business leaders by business leaders.
- Femmes & Challenges Fund: a fund to support entrepreneurship and create jobs in the region.
- Femmes & Challenges Audace: developing the expertise of network members by organizing workshops and conferences and highlighting them in the media.
Strong and unifying moments throughout the year
- Regards Croisés: an evening of conferences and debates led by several women entrepreneurs or top managers whose energy is communicative, whose career paths are ambitious and who really make you want to go further and achieve your goals.
- Business Time: Business exchanges, experience sharing and operational solutions around a breakfast or a cocktail, the Business Time allows a member to discover her professional activity, testifies of her career and exchanges her good practices around an issue.
- Workshops: a workshop, round table or company visit, the Workshop allows network members to meet around a defined theme aimed at developing their knowledge and taking advantage of it for their business. The Workshop usually ends with a networking time to exchange and network over a cocktail reception.
- Femmes & Challenges Academy: An innovative, comprehensive and tailor-made program for future women entrepreneurs combining workshops, individual and group coaching, serious games, technical and moral support. The objectives: to benefit from the sharing of experiences of a whole network of business leaders, to break the isolation and remove the obstacles of the project holder.

The main challenges
To reach its ambitious goal of becoming the 5th French region championing women's entrepreneurship
champion in women's entrepreneurship, Femmes & Challenges will continue its actions in the
