CONTACT BOARD (S) 2017

Festival of photographic creations

Created in 2010, Planche (s) contact presents the work of invited photographers in residence in Deauville to match their photographic universe with the city. Year after year, the festival arouses and combines the glances of recognized photographers, emerging photographers and young talents.

All these looks, as different and varied as the photographic practices implemented, restore landscapes or portraits, in black and white or in color, reports, narrations or fictions. Each year, they offer a renewed overview of what a city is, in all the diversity of its atmospheres, its emblematic or little-known places, its meetings and its rhythms, its inhabitants and its visitors.

THE MAIN AXES 2017:
> WHITE CARD AT AGNES.B: Associate artistic director of the festival, agnès.b presents an exhibition of her photographs of Deauville. She also invited Emma Charrin & Céline Villegas to exhibit their work at Planche (s) Contact.
