THE COLLECTIONS

A collection of 70,000 documents, including 40,000 catalogued books, about 7,000 CDs, 2,000 DVDs, and a games library are gathered at Les Franciscaines Church in thematic galleries and, for the "novels" section, in the dining room.

Among these documents are two previously unpublished specialized collections resulting from donations. The first is on the history of Deauville, the second on the horse industry, a major sector of the local economy.

PRACTICE 

The media library is open from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm from Tuesday to Sunday.

To borrow books, CDs and DVDs, you must have a Friendciscaines Pass. 

Les Franciscaines accept donations of books on the horse world only.
