44th American Film Festival: The juries

Actress Sandrine Kiberlain chairs the jury of the 44th edition

Acclaimed by film directors like Jacques Audiard, Stéphane Brizé, Alain Resnais, Claude Miller, André Téchiné, Benoît Jacquot, Jean-Paul Rappeneau, Nicole Garcia, Eric Rochant, Pascal Bonitzer, Pierre Salvadori and Philippe Le Guay, Sandrine Kiberlain gained the 'Best Female Hope' César award in 1996 for En avoir (ou pas) by Laetitia Masson, before being remarked in 2014, when she won a ‘Best Actress’ Cesar award for her role in 9 Month Stretch by Albert Dupontel. After directing the jury of the Caméra d’Or of the Festival de Cannes in 2017, she chairs the Jury of the 44th edition of the Deauville American Film Festival.

She collaborates with Sabine Azéma, actress, Alex Beaupain, author-composer-performer, Leïla Bekhti, actress, Stéphane Brizé, film director & scriptwriter, Sara Giraudeau, actress & film director, Xavier Legrand, film director, scriptwriter & actor, Pierre Salvadori, film director, scriptwriter & actor, and Leïla Slimani, novelist.


CEDRIC KAHN CHAIRS THE JURY REVELATION OF THE 44th EDITION

Since 2006, the Prix de la Révélation of the Deauville American Film Festival awards an original work revealing a promising actor. This year, for the first time, the Fondation Louis Roederer has joined this prize awarding.

The jury of the Prix Fondation Louis Roederer de la Révélation will be awarded by film director and actor Cédric KAHN, together with film director Hubert Charuel, actress Kate Moran and actors François Civil and Karim Leklou.
