The Honorine brasserie, Presqu'îlien restaurant, joins inDeauville

Honorine, Deauville Tourisme, the Pierre & Vacances Residence are the first activities visible on the Presqu'île, the new district recently renovated opposite the station. In 2020, new openings will further enliven the squares and quays facing the sea. An “ideal” location for Marie-Béatrice and Franck who fell in love with this location.

The principle of the place is simple: eat at affordable prices and make people happy.

Both started working in 1986 after studying hospitality for him, accounting and law for her. They have in common that they have parents who are traders and fine gourmets: cheese maker from Franck's side, restaurateur and caterer at Marie-Béatrice's. After a few years serving others, they acquired their first brewery in 1992 in Rouen, then very quickly for a second, each managing his business with passion. However in 2009, Marie-Béatrice wanted to live something else and joined the theater community in Paris where she trained with Michel Galabru. If she lives the experience fully, she gives up on comedy to find "her pots and restaurants" which she misses after three exciting years. For her, catering and theater are core businesses that make people happy. This is what guides his professional development.

In Deauville & them

Deauville has been a weekend destination for the couple for years. They both love the sea, sailing, swimming, the people here. Also, they watch the Presqu'ile district carefully and quickly appear to install a brasserie on the quay of the Empress Eugenie.
The principle of the place is simple: eat at affordable prices and make people happy. The menu is wide because you have to want to come back. But the real issue is sharing with customers, many of whom are regulars. Every first Thursday of each month - they program "Bleu citron" - a singer accompanied by a saxophonist for a family concert which often continues in the evening dancing.
The Sanniers claim a quality of service as they learned from their parents: an almost permanent service, a warm welcome, the possibility of eating at any time because you can always find something in the kitchen. Local products inspire their menu. Scallops on a bed of leeks are among the essential dishes of the brasserie.
Passing on their know-how, "making each employee stronger" has been a line of conduct since their beginnings in catering. They watch over the stability of their rather young team and their well-being. They all have passionate moods according to Marie Béatrice. One of them is champion of sweet soufflés and regularly offers them in the suggestions of the day.
