The "Petit Strassburger" is a 112 m² half-timbered house, in the spirit of the cottages located in Deauville, twenty five minutes walk from the beach. Halfway between the center of Deauville and Saint-Arnoult, the house and its 275 m² garden overlook the Deauville-La Touques racetrack and the Villa Strassburger, itself open for rental for festivities, events and family functions.
The house includes :
> on the first floor: an entrance hall, a 30 m² living room, a 14 m² kitchen, sanitary facilities, a separate laundry room.
> on the first floor: two double rooms of 15 m² each, a twin room of 16 m², a shower room and sanitary facilities (accessible by the twin room).
The accommodation is totally renovated and equipped.
