Le Petit Strassburger

The "Petit Strassburger" is a 112 m² half-timbered cottage-style house in Deauville, a twenty-five minute walk from the beach. Halfway between the center of Deauville and Saint-Arnoult, the house and its 275 m² garden overlook the Deauville-La Touques racecourse and the Villa Strassburger, itself open for rental for festivities, events and family functions.

The house comprises :
> first floor: entrance hall, 30 m² living/dining room, separate 14 m² kitchen, sanitary facilities, separate laundry room.
> 1st floor: two double bedrooms (15 m² each), a twin bedroom (16 m²), a shower room and bathroom (accessible from the twin bedroom).

Completely renovated and equipped.
> four cars can be parked in the courtyard.

- During school vacations, a minimum rental period of one week is preferred.
