For your private stays with friends or family, this charming late 19th century bourgeois residence, designed by the architect Delarue, offers on 300 m2 entirely renovated and on 3 levels:
- 5 very cosy refined bedrooms, all with independent shower or bath rooms, to sleep up to 11 people.
- A double reception room of 40 m2 with exposed moldings, crystal chandeliers and herringbone parquet flooring
- A magnificent and unexpected air-conditioned winter garden overlooking the 300m2 enclosed landscaped garden and its covered terrace
- A large kitchen, dressed in navy blue and beige, with parquet and cement tiles in the style of the 20's, equipped for the best cooks (5 gas hobs, oven with rotating heat, dishwasher, American refrigerator, freezer and gas plancha...)
