Arnaud and Simon Hadida
President of Echiquier Deauvillais and Vice-Champion of Normandy Chess
Chess players from father to son
Arnaud and Simon Hadida, father and son, are both chess enthusiasts. Simon, 16 years old, passed on this passion to his father :"when he was little, we used to play chess by video when I was away. When we arrived in Deauville, he continued to practice during the extracurricular activities of the Fracasse school". And the training paid off: at only 14 years old, Simon became vice-champion of chess in Normandy and was selected several times for the French Championships. As a matter of course, Arnaud Hadida took over the presidency of the Echiquier Deauvillais club, of which his son is a member.
