THE CLICK & COLLECT FOR BEGINNERS:
SOLUTIONS HERE

Non-essential businesses can take out sales. Quite common for restaurateurs who have, among others the inDeauville ordering platform, other businesses such as bookstores, clothing stores, jewelry, sporting goods, toys are starting on the subject. Our recommendations for finding solutions quickly.
Note: the turnover generated by these sales will not be taken into account in the calculation of aid under the solidarity fund (legifrance.gouv.fr).
WHAT IS THE CLICK & COLLECT?
Stores can thus maintain their activity by choosing to offer their customers the option of withdrawing their purchases from their point of sale. This is called click and collect, also known as in-store withdrawal or click-withdrawal in France.
Ideally, click and collect requires an e-commerce site. But professionals can also allow their customers to order directly on their showcase site via a contact form or address, their page on social networks or simply by calling them by phone. Customers are then invited to come "physically" to collect their order in front of the store (entering is prohibited).
If it is not possible to come "physically" to buy a product in front of a store without having ordered before (whether by phone, by mail or via the "click and collect"), the payment can be made to him on square.
