Free on registration
As part of Estuary Tourism Nights, the most emblematic of Deauville villas can be discovered in the evening. the villa was built in 1907 on the site of the Ferme du Coteau, property of the family of Gustave Flaubert since 1837. Property of the American press publisher Ralph Beaver Strassburger from 1924, the villa was bequeathed to the City de Deauville in 1980. A rare thing, the villa has retained its period furniture, its decoration, its trinkets, numerous paintings of horses and caricatures which testify to the art of living in the 1950s.
Tourism Nights celebrate the end of the high tourist season in the Seine estuary. On four Saturday evenings in October, at nightfall, visitors are invited to let themselves be carried away by a wave of musical, theatrical and gustatory entertainment and pass through the doors of museums, historic or listed buildings, natural and other amazing places.
Visit every 40 minutes.
