Show jumping competition: Young SHF horses
The Société Hippique Française (SHF) is organizing three competitions for young horses aged 4 to 6 in 2023 at the Pôle International du Cheval Longines Deauville (in March, May and July).
The aim is for riders to score points at these regional events to qualify for the national finals, traditionally held in September at Fontainebleau. This competition is an opportunity to admire the potential of future champions and appreciate their progress on increasingly selective courses.
The SHF controls and develops the competition circuits for young horses and ponies in France for show jumping, eventing, dressage, driving, endurance and hunter disciplines.
It offers 2 parallel circuits, with gateways from one to the other:
- The classical cycle, designed for professional riders.
- The free cycle, for amateur riders.
