They move Normandy

Elles bougent en Normandie is a network of approximately 150 women and a few men, with some 20 corporate partners (Safran, Schneider Electric, Thalès, EDF, Engie, Renault, Total, Valéo, Plastic Omnium, ArianeGroup, etc.), sectors (NAE, Normandie Energies) and engineering schools (ESIGELEC, CESI, INSA and ENSM), as well as a club of schools (46 members).

The network works with girls (high school and university students) to encourage them to pursue technical and scientific training and then to enter the appropriate professions to increase gender diversity and feminization. Elles bougent acts in orientation to give girls a broader vision of study possibilities (not only medicine, personal assistance, early childhood...).
Elles bougent works in schools and engineering schools on topics such as energy, digital technology, etc. and takes its members to trade shows (Mondial de l'auto, Salon du Bourget).
The actions are carried out by female mentors (active female engineers and female engineering students) who speak to the girls.
The network's message: it's possible, you have to dare, you have to want it, you must not underestimate yourself, and you have to reassure yourself.
Elles bougent meets about 2500 young people per year.
