THE DEAUVILLE YACHT CLUB, REGATTA ORGANIZER AND SAILING SCHOOL
Born in 1928, the Deauville Yacht Club (DYC) is dedicated to the learning and enjoyment of sailing. Today, the DYC is known as one of the largest clubs in Normandy, by its number of members, and is known in France and internationally for its sailing trips, its sailing school accessible to all and its numerous regattas.

ESCAPE TO THE SEA
Alongside one of the DYC instructors, embark on a marine escapade in the calm movement of a sailboat to admire the seabirds and the Seine estuary during an unforgettable two-hour stroll. Accessible from 3 years old, the DYC's sea rides are adapted to the public to give a new look on the coastline and to give the desire to deepen one's knowledge of sailing before taking sailing lessons.
THE SAILING SCHOOL
The Deauville Yacht Club's sailing school, labeled Ecole Française de Voile and Club Compétition, is open all year round and adapts to all levels: sport sailing, recreational sailing or leisure sailing. Whether you are training for a regatta or want to familiarize yourself with the boat, you can learn to sail aboard a J80 or a Grand Surprise.

Sea outings, regattas...
The nautical agenda hereAll sails out for the Deauville Yacht Club!
After two disrupted years, the Deauville Yacht Club's 2022 season has been one of the most active in its history, with no less than 21 regattas representing 36 days of competition, not including two rally-cruises in May and August. The objective is to attract new boaters and confirm Deauville not only as the number one nautical center in Calvados but also as one of the top centers in Normandy.
The 2023 season is shaping up to be a great one with 18 regattas scheduled from April to March, proving once again the dynamism of the Deauville Yacht Club to promote and develop sailing.
