Through unforgettable songs performed live, 9 singers, dancers, musicians, and performers will make hearts beat faster.
On the menu:
- Glass of champagne* as an aperitif
- Foie gras with armagnac*, glazed with passion fruit, mango candy and crispy passion
- Medallion of veal, conchiglie stuffed with buffala, butternut and morels, helianthis purée and veal juice
- Le Valentin : crunchy shortbread, rose mousse and lychee raspberry heart, white chocolate crunch, coconut glaze
