Yoann Deschemaeker

A kayaker since he was 7 years old, Yoann Deschemaeker is a former high-level athlete in slalom kayak. Previously a fireman in Paris, he participated in several French Championships and finished his last year as an athlete in the National 1 team. In 2008, he became a coach at the Hérouville Caen Canoe Kayak (HCCK) club before opening his own school in Trouville-sur-Mer in 2015, Concept Sport Emotion. A kayak instructor with a BPJEPS (Brevet professionnel de la jeunesse, de l'éducation populaire et du sport) monovalent kayak diploma, he likes to introduce leisure kayaking to the general public but also longe-côte and wave-skiing. In 2016, during the Solitaire du Figaro, he took on a remarkable challenge: crossing the English Channel in a kayak with Yannick Gerny, a blind athlete. Starting from Portsmouth in England, the two kayakers reached Trouville-sur-Mer in only 31 hours.

Sporting Camps inDeauville, disponibles du lundi au vendredi pendant les vacances de printemps, d'été et de la Toussaint.
