Inès de Dinechin

Inès de Dinechin was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of Aviva Investors France in July 2016.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors France, Inès ran a Strategy, Organization, Investment and Risk Management Consulting firm. She is also an Independent Director on several Boards and a member of an Audit and Risk Committee for Euronext UK Ltd.
Previously, Inès was Chairman of the Executive Board of Lyxor Asset Management, and a member of the Executive Committee of SG Corporate & Investment Banking. For 23 years, she held various positions in the Investment Banking division of Société Générale Group, which she joined in 1991. Until 2009, Inès was in charge of the financial markets, leading sales, structuring and risk management advisory teams. She was also responsible for the Structured Products business line.
After 18 years in the markets, Inès became Head of Human Resources in the Investment Banking division of SG CIB (Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking). She was then appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lyxor Asset Management in March 2012, then Chairman of the Executive Board in June 2013.
Inès is based in Paris. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Master's degree in Management from the Université Paris Dauphine.
