For our first gastronomic story, we pay tribute to the chefs (ffes) who have chosen the Normandy region to express their creativity and daring. On the tables, astonishing, meticulously-crafted dishes make up a meal that's like a discovery. True "culinary authors", all trained in the finest kitchens. Whether they work as chefs in a grand hotel, a renowned restaurant or an address they create step by step, this section is reserved for those who know how to compose, invent and reinterpret. Each with his or her own personality, whether natural, lively, generous, modern, gourmet or refined, sometimes all at once. All in tune with the seasons and the natural rhythms that bring carefully selected, exceptional products into their kitchens. Many of them are inspired by tradition, from which they retain the best, constantly reinterpreting it.
