Walking on the beach is possible!
The inDeauville beaches reopen from June 2nd under certain conditions and by respecting the barrier gestures. Find here all the information:
Bénerville-sur-Mer: reopening without conditions, no zones, no limitations.
Blonville-sur-Mer : the beach reopens normally, no zones or limitations.
Villerville : the beach reopens with the possibility to walk everywhere and there are static areas to put your towel, delimited by stakes.
Villers-sur-Mer : the beach reopens normally, no zones or limitations.
Tourgéville Tourgéville : the beach reopens normally, no zones or limitations.
Deauville : until June 30, 2020, public access to the beach of Deauville is authorized in compliance with the physical distancing measures defined at the national level, organized as follows:
- in front of the bathing area, according to the plan here, stakes positioned at a distance of 10 m from each other delimit areas in which people of the same group or family, in a number less than or equal to 10, must position themselves if they wish to adopt a static position; in this staked area, pedestrian traffic is authorized in the corridors set up from the Planches to the beach, as well as from east to west; users must keep the occupied areas clean
- outside of the picket zones, people accessing the beach must adopt a dynamic attitude and respect the prohibition of grouping more than ten people,
- the circulation of animals and in particular of horses mounted or harnessed, is possible before 10 am and after 7 pm, at low tide, in the conditions of before the crisis of the COVID 19 but without grouping of more than 10 riders, with a distance of 5 to 10 meters between the horses, according to the moderate or intense nature of this physical exercise.
Trouville-sur-Mer: the beach is open in dynamic version. Swimming and sports activities are allowed. "To ensure the safety of all, a corridor "going to the swim" and a corridor "back" will be materialized on the beach. [...] It will not be possible to put your towel down outside the areas reserved for bathers in front of the first aid post and for a limited time."
