Ten years after Les Tricheurs, Marcel Carné (1906-1996) shot a few scenes of Les Jeunes loups in Deauville, a chronic on an aimless youth. For a nocturnal getaway, in a stolen convertible, the film’s heroes leave Paris and end the night in Deauville. The movie was released in theatres shortly after May 1968, leading to its commercial fail which put a hard stop to the cinematographic career of the director of Visiteurs du Soir
