MARCEL CARNE
Director

Ten years after Les Tricheurs, Marcel Carné (1906-1996) came to Deauville to shoot a few scenes from Les Jeunes loups, a chronicle of youth losing its bearings. The heroes of the film left Paris in a stolen convertible and spent the night in Deauville. The film was released in theaters shortly after May 1968 and was a commercial failure, which put the brakes on the director's film career of Les Visiteurs du Soir.
