Montana Deauville is an assisted living residence for old people situated 5 min from the city centre, close to shops and to the railway station. Not far from the marina, it offers to the residents the life quality of a real secured and independent home in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Housing, ranging from studios to 4-room, furnished or unfurnished apartments, is available at the user’s choice. All flats are equipped with fitted kitchen, emergency call devices, Italian shower, etc. Shared living areas are a swimming pool, a cinema, a library, etc. Montana also provides many services suitable to everyone’s needs that may be required by the residents: cleaning, do-it-yourself work, toilet assistance. The 24/7 presence of care workers ensures an optimal safety. Meals are prepared on-site by a chef and served in one of our two restaurant halls. A varying program of activities ensures a high flexibility in terms of daily organization.
