To reserve, please send a written request to the attention of

The reservation is effective when we are in possession of a complete file, namely
- Agreement of availability signed by you.
- Certificate of civil liability insurance.
- Payment by check to the order of the Treasury (this check will be cashed at the latest 1 month before the date of your event).
- The course of the event with: your postal, telephone and e-mail address, the date(s) of your event, the type of event: reception, wedding, seminar, conference, the number of people expected, the various service providers: caterers, florist, dj (time of installation for the opening of the room accordingly) and the course (arrival of the teams of service providers, time of beginning and end of the event).
