To reserve, please send a written request to the attention of:

The reservation is effective when we are in possession of a complete file, namely:
- Availability agreement signed by you.
- Certificate of civil liability insurance.
- Payment by check made out to the Public Treasury (this check will be cashed at the latest 1 month before the date of your event).
- The course of the event with: your postal, telephone and email contact details, the date (s) of your event, the type of event: reception, wedding, seminar, conference, the number of people expected, the different service providers: caterers, florist, dj (installation time for the opening of the room accordingly) and the schedule (arrival of service provider teams, start and end time of the event).
