A graduate of the Institut Français d'Herboristerie, Hélène also trained at the Ecole du Thé de Paris, before creating her own independent, French brand based on products from Normandy. In their elegant boxes, her very natural creations, with no additives or artificial flavors, are often inspired by Normandy, with flavors such as apple, pear, caramel, Calvados* or Bénédictine*.
